At Shahi Poshak, every garment is crafted with care, precision, and a promise of quality.
We want you to love what you wear – but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
You may return or exchange your order if:
– The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
– The original tags and packaging are intact
– The garment is not customized or altered
– The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Please note:
– Customized, tailored, or made-to-order garments are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
– Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to photography and lighting – these are not considered defects.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:
– Email us at support@shahiposhak.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
– Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach clear product images (if applicable).
– Our team will verify the request and arrange reverse pickup from your location (where serviceable).
– Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
3. Refund Process
– Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
– Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
– In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.
4. Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or design, we’ll be happy to assist.
Once the original item is received and inspected, your exchange product will be dispatched promptly.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
– Custom-stitched, altered, or personalized garments
– Items purchased during clearance or sale
– Accessories and gift vouchers
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll prioritize a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.
7. Return Shipping
– Reverse pickup is free for eligible returns within India.
– In case your pincode is not serviceable for pickup, you may be asked to self-ship the product. Once received, we’ll reimburse the standard courier charge.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t been processed for dispatch.
Once shipped, the order will follow the standard return process.
